This listing is for an aftermarket replacement keypad for the 9A93001 Hand controller for the Midmark 416/417 Chair/Table. This keypad will mount perfectly into the original hand controller. These keypads were designed, made, and hand assembled by us. This repair kit includes exactly what is pictured in the ad. For installation, all that is required is a Philips Screw Driver to remove either end cap of your old/broken controller. Then simply slide our replacement right into the housing and replace the end cap. No other tools or steps are required. If your hand controller has been dropped many times, sometimes the slot for the keypad will get pinched. In these cases, you can fan out the slot by inserting a slotted screwdriver into it to widen the slot for the keypad. Our kit is warrantied for one year, and comes with free phone support for the installation, if needed.
